135.11 TAX ADMINISTRATOR.
   The position of Tax Administrator is hereby established, with the following responsibilities and duties.
   (a)   Appointment. The Tax Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of Council. Council shall by ordinance, set the salary for the Tax Administrator on an annual basis.
   (b)   Responsibilities and Duties. The Tax Administrator shall have the responsibilities specified by Chapter 181 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (c)   Before assuming the position, the Tax Administrator shall qualify for and obtain a Fidelity Bond in the minimum amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), conditioned upon the faithful performance of his/her duties, with an insurance corporation satisfactory to Council and licensed to do business in the State of Ohio as a surety. Such bond shall be filed with the Fiscal Officer after being approved by Council. The cost of such bond shall be borne by the Village.
