1101.07 SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS AND SAFEGUARDS.
   In granting an appeal or variance, the Planning Commission may prescribe appropriate conditions and safeguards. When made a part of the terms under which the appeal or variance is granted, such conditions and safeguards shall be deemed a requirement of the Zoning Code and punishable thereunder. Under no circumstances shall the Planning Commission grant an appeal or variance to allow a use not permissible under the terms of the Zoning Code in the district involved, or any use expressly or by implication prohibited by the terms of the Zoning Code in such district.
