191.02 CREATION OF FUND.

(a) The Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to create and to maintain an Economic Development Fund consistent with the purposes and specifications of this chapter.

(b) No monies that are derived directly from any form of taxation shall be deposited into the Economic Development Fund, and the Economic Development Fund shall consist solely of monies derived from sources other than tax revenue.
