191.01 PURPOSE.

Consistent with the provisions of Article VIII, Section 13 of the Ohio Constitution, the Economic Development Fund is hereby created to allow the Village to give financial assistance to private industry in order to preserve existing jobs and to create new employment opportunities within the Village.
