(a) No person shall violate any provision or fail to conform to any of the requirements of this Maintenance Code or fail to comply with any order made hereunder.
(b) Whoever violates any section of this Maintenance Code shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to a maximum fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or six months in jail.
(c) Each day of non-compliance after the expiration of the time period set forth in the notice from the Zoning Inspector, as extended, shall constitute a separate offense.
(d) The application of the penalties provided in subparagraphs (b) and (c) hereof shall not be held to prevent the Municipality from removing or abating prohibition conditions or exercising any or the Municipality’s right under Section 1309.13, including the recover of all costs attendant thereto.
