1309.07 EXISTING REMEDIES.

Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to abolish, impair or prevent the execution of any existing remedies of the Village or its officers or agents related to the abatement of a public nuisance. (Ord. 08-117. Passed 9-4-08.)
