1309.05 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

Every portion of a building or premises used or intended to be used for residential, commercial or industrial purposes, shall comply with the provisions of this Chapter, irrespective of when such building has been constructed, altered or repaired, or premises occupied, except as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 08-117. Passed 9-4-08.)
