A Snowplow Permit shall be obtained from the Village Administrator before any person is permitted to plow snow within the Village. An applicant for a snowplow permit shall provide information requested by the Village Administrator, including the name, address and telephone number of the applicant, a description and license number of all vehicles to be used for snowplowing in the Village, the identity of all drivers, and copies of the drivers’ licenses of all drivers. Said permit shall require an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each vehicle used. Said permit shall be valid from October 1 through April 30 and shall be effective for one season only.
