There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, that certain Code known as the Life Safety Code NFPA #101, 2003 Edition, recommended by the American Insurance Association for the purposes of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.
