1157.11 NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED IN R1A DISTRICT.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the R1A District between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day, except emergency vehicles and physicians on emergency calls.
