The Village Community Development Director may prepare, or supervise and coordinate the preparation of surveys, reports or plans in connection with proposals for Community Development Plans. Subject to the approval of Council, the Community Development Director may enter into contracts for the employment of architects, urban planners, engineers or other professionals to assist in the preparation of such surveys, reports or plans.
