All trees standing on any public place in the Village shall be trimmed so that the branches of such trees projecting over any public sidewalk, private driveway or into any public street beyond the curb line shall be no less than nine feet from the ground. The Shade Tree Commission may advise Council of any trees requiring such trimming so as to conform to the requirements of this section.
