943.09 CONTROL OF TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

The Village shall have the discretion to exercise full jurisdiction, authority, control, supervision and direction over all trees which exist on private property when any such tree(s) appear to constitute a menace to public property, public safety or public welfare of the Village. The Village may receive recommendations from the Shade Tree Commission regarding such trees.
