941.07 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF.
   (a)    No person shall intentionally destroy, damage or render inoperable any money receiving device.
   (b)    No person, with purpose to deprive the owner thereof shall remove any equipment, tables, charcoal burners or fireplaces, or any other items of personal property from such property without prior written permission to do so.
   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
