(a) No person shall drive or otherwise cause a horse-drawn vehicle, a motorcycle, a motor vehicle, an all-terrain vehicle or horse upon any grass area of park property, unless prior written permission is obtained from the Police Department.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
