941.04 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; INTOXICATION.
   (a)    No person shall consume alcoholic beverages upon any park property or enter or remain upon such premises in an intoxicated condition.
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord 536. Passed 9-2-75.)
