(a) No person shall carelessly or intentionally cause unreasonable noise while upon property owned or controlled by the Municipality and used for park and recreation purposes.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender persists in such conduct after reasonable warning or request to desist, then the violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
