(a) All sidewalks hereinafter built in the Municipality shall be constructed of concrete. When constructed, the manner of construction shall conform to the following rules and specifications.
(b) The trench shall be excavated to the depth of four inches below the finished surface of the walk; upon this shall be placed not less than four inches of concrete or ready mix, six and one half sack mixture to be in the proportion of one part cement, two parts sand and four parts limestone. Expansion joints shall be placed every thirty feet.
(c) Across driveways, sidewalks shall have a depth of six inches of ready mix or concrete according to proportions stated.
(d) All construction prior to pouring concrete or ready mix shall be inspected by the Street Commissioner.
