(a) The provisions of this chapter shall not affect, in any manner, the permissible uses of property, density of development, design and improvement standards and requirements, or any other aspect regulating development of land in the Village.
(b) Any Impact Fees established pursuant to this Chapter are in addition to and are not intended to replace the sewer charges established by Chapter 907 and the water charges established by Chapter 911 of the Codified Ordinances, and these charges shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the payment of any Impact Fees.
