913.11 LIMITATION OF ACTIONS.

Any judicial action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, or annul the reasonableness, legality or validity of any Impact Fee must be filed within 90 days following:

(a) The date of imposition of the fee, or

(b) The final determination of the Village Council as provided by Section 913.10, whichever is later.
