913.07 IMPACT FEE ACCOUNT.

(a) The Village Administrator shall establish an Impact Fee Account into which all Impact Fees collected shall be deposited. The funds of the Impact Fee Account shall not be co-mingled with other funds of the Village.

(b) The Impact Fee Account shall be interest-bearing and the accumulated interest shall become part of the account.
