913.05 TIME FOR PAYMENT.

The Impact Fees assessed for a particular Development Project shall be paid not later than the issuance of the Occupancy Permit, as provided by Chapter 1140. No Occupancy Permit shall be issued unless the applicable impact fee has been paid.
