(a) All meters will be read monthly for residential accounts. Residential Monthly Bills shall become due and payable on or before the twenty-eighth (28th) day of the month in which the bill is mailed.
(b) All meters will be read quarterly for school, commercial, and industrial accounts. School, Commercial, and Industrial water rents shall become due and payable on or before the tenth day of the month following the month in which the bill is mailed.
(c) All charges shall be billed to the property owner of premises serviced by the system. In the case of rental property, the property owner shall notify the Director of Streets and Utilities or Village Administrator within seven days whenever such rental property has been vacated by tenants.
