911.11 EXEMPTIONS FROM CHARGES.

No lot, parcel of land, building or premises, now or hereafter used by the Municipality for Municipal purposes shall be subject to water charges established herein, nor shall any charges be made for water supplied for extinguishing of fires or cleaning of fire hydrants.
