(a) The connection charges for each initial connection to the sewer system, whether direct or indirect, shall be as follows:
(1) Residential Uses: $2,000.00 per unit (2) Commercial Uses: $4,500.00 per tap (3) Industrial Uses: $13,000.00 per tap. |

(b) The determination of whether a proposed use is classified as residential, commercial or industrial shall initially be made by the Village Administrator, in consultation with the Director of Streets and Utilities. In the event the applicant disagrees with the determination made by the Village Administrator, the applicant may appeal that determination to the Village Utilities Committee.

(c) Connections to the sewer system shall normally not be made on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday. However, for good cause shown, the Plant Superintendent may permit a connection to the sewer system to be made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, provided that the person making such connection shall first pay one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) to the Village to reimburse the Village for its estimated average increased expenses resulting from the connection not being made on a normal business day.
