All revenues and moneys derived from the operation of the sewer system shall be paid to and held by the Fiscal Officer separate and apart from all other funds of the Municipality. All of such sums and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of the sewer system, as may be delivered to the Fiscal Officer, shall be deposited in a separate fund designated the Sanitary Sewer Fund Account. The Fiscal Officer shall administer the fund in every respect in a manner provided by the Ohio Revised Code and all other laws pertaining thereto.
