The Village may revoke the Wastewater Discharge Permit of, and terminate the providing of wastewater treatment services to, any discharger who:
(a) Violates the conditions or exceeds the limitations of the discharger's Wastewater Discharge Permit;
(b) Violates any provision of this chapter;
(c) Fails to timely, completely and accurately report the wastewater constituents and characteristics of its discharge.;
(d) Fails to timely report significant changes in its wastewater constituents or characteristics;
(e) Fails to timely provide reasonable access to its premises to representatives of the Village for purpose of inspection or monitoring; and
(f) Fails to timely perform any orders of the Village or any final judicial order entered with respect to the discharger's permit or any unpermitted discharge to the POTW.
