After consulting with the Mayor and the Village Engineer, the Superintendent shall adopt charges and fees, which may include:
(a) Charges and fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures including all costs associated with sampling and analyses for Total Toxic Organics (TTO's) which are required pursuant to Pretreatment Standards;
(b) Charges and fees for permit applications;
(c) Charges and fees for filing appeals;
(d) Charges and fees for reviewing accidental discharge incidents and their associated investigation and analyses;
(e) Charges and fees for discharge in violation of any applicable Pretreatment Standard or local limit;
(f) Charges and fees for violation of procedural and reporting requirements set forth herein;
(g) Charges and fees for failure to comply with any provisions of this chapter or Rules of the Village or any administrative order or compliance schedule issued hereunder; and
(h) Charges and fees for reviewing plans and Ohio EPA Permit to Install (PTI) applications for the construction of new or modified facilities relating to this title.
