(a) National Categorical Pretreatment Standards as promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to the Act and pretreatment standards as promulgated by the Ohio EPA pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 6111 shall be met by all Significant Industrial Users (SIU) which are subject to those standards. All SIU's shall submit to the Village a final status report within ninety days after a particular categorical standards compliance date.
(b) The deadline for compliance with Pretreatment Standards is as set forth in 40 CFR 403.6(b) and Ohio Administrative Code 3745-3-09, as currently promulgated.
