719.06 HOURS OF BLASTING.

No blasting shall be done between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., or at any time on Sunday. However, in the event that the Chief of Police and Village Administrator agree that an emergency situation exists, the Village Administrator may, in his/her discretion, vary such hours and times of blasting to counteract such emergency.
