A person firm or corporation which desires to conduct blasting operations within the Municipality shall post with the Village Administrator, a valid Certificate of Public Liability Insurance within an accredited insurer authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, with limits of liability of at least five million dollars ($5,000,000). Said policy shall insure the Blaster and the Municipality from any and all claims, damages and demands arising from each such blasting operation. Prior to acceptance, such Certificate of Insurance shall be approved as to form by the Village Solicitor.
