719.02 DEFINITIONS.

(a) As used in this Chapter, "Explosive Device" and "Dangerous Ordinance," have the same meanings set forth in Section 549.01 of the Codified Ordinances.

(b) As used in this Chapter, "Blaster" means:

(1) A person, firm or corporation which desires to conduct blasting operations within the Municipality and

(2) A person, firm or corporation in possession of a valid Municipal permit for blasting purposes.
