717.01 DEFINITIONS.

This Chapter is intended to balance the First Amendment rights of individuals wishing to engage in door-to-door peddling and canvassing activities in the Village with the privacy, health, safety and welfare of the Village's residents. (Ord. 20-105. Passed 5-14-20.)
