521.12 VIOLATION OF STATE OR COUNTY HEALTH CODES.

(a) No person shall violate any provision of Ohio R. C. Chapter 3707 or any order or regulation of the Board of Health of Geauga County, within the Municipality, made in pursuance thereof, obstruct or interfere with execution of the order, or willfully or illegally omit to obey the order.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
