§ 70.20 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   Words and phrases as defined in the State Motor Vehicle Code (I.C. Title 9), as amended, shall be applicable to this subchapter.
   (B)   The pedestrian walkway/bicycle trail along Wayne Street (C.R. 16) in the town from its point of beginning at Berry Street to its point of termination at Northridge Drive shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Bi/Ped Trail.”
