§ 52.36 UNLAWFUL TO DAMAGE AND THE LIKE ANY PART OF SEWAGE WORKS.

No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the town sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest.
