(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 51.02 shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each violation. Any person who aids or abets another person in violating § 51.02 shall likewise be in violation of § 51.02 and shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each violation. Violations of § 51.02 shall constitute continuing violations until corrected. Each day that a person is in violation of § 51.02 shall constitute a separate violation.
