(A) During the calendar year of 2022, and for every municipal election year thereafter, major political party candidates for town offices must be nominated using the primary election process.
(B) All primary elections held must be carried out pursuant to state election laws.
(C) The Election Board of Elkhart County will conduct the primary elections for the Town of Middlebury.
