The Elkhart County Subdivision Ordinance, as established by Ord. 186, passed 9-2-1980, and as currently in effect and as from time to time hereafter amended, is adopted and incorporated by reference into this chapter. Two copies of the ordinance are available for inspection in the County offices during regular business hours, and is also available on the County's website as part of the County Code of Ordinances.
