(A) There is hereby created the Town Economic Development Commission to carry out the duties, powers and provisions of I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq., as amended, together with any future amendments.
(B) Three members shall be appointed to said Commission, one member to be selected by the President of the Town Council, one member to be nominated by the County Council and one member to be nominated by the Town Council. Said nominations shall be made within 15 days after the adoption of this section, and each nominee shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council within ten days after such nominations are made.
