Violations of this chapter shall be enforced under proceedings brought pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5 et seq., as amended, in a manner similar to that of infractions with complaint and summons described in I.C. 9-30-3-6, as amended, issued by the Town Police Department or other police agency. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $500 for each separate offense. Each day’s failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
