The county zoning ordinance, including the provisions thereof pertaining to signs, remains valid and in full force and effect in the town. Where the requirements imposed by any provision of this chapter differ from the requirements imposed by the county zoning ordinance or any other local ordinance, law, resolution, rule or regulation, the most restrictive provision shall apply.
