§ 110.01 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT.
   The Board of Trustees of the town does hereby consent that liquor retailer’s permits may be issued to applicants otherwise duly qualified by law in respect to premises located within the town, all as provided by I.C. Title 7.1 and all acts supplemental thereto and amendatory thereof.
