§ 97.10 TREE TOPPING OR REMOVAL.

Unless approved or authorized by the Tree Board or town, it shall be unlawful for any person to top or remove any street tree or town tree. Prior to any topping or removal, the Tree Board or town shall review and investigate the request and shall approve or deny the request.
