The Tree Board shall hold meetings, choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations, and keep a record of all of its proceedings consistent with the requirements of state statutes governing the operations of public agencies including the State Open Door Law, being I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 et seq. and the State Access to Public Records Law, being I.C. 5-14-3-1 et seq. A majority of the members of the Tree Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business.
