§ 97.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A TREE BOARD.

There is hereby created and established a Tree Board for the town, which shall consist of at least three members, but no more than nine members. A majority of the members shall be citizens and residents of the town, and all members shall be appointed by the Town Council. It is recommended that at least one member of the Town Park and Recreation Board be a member of the Tree Board. The Tree Board shall function under the jurisdiction of the Town Council.
