§ 95.11 VEHICLES; PARK CLOSING.
   No person shall leave any vehicle within any park after the park has closed. Any such vehicle may be removed by order of the Department without further notice to the owner or operator. The owner of that vehicle shall be liable for any towing and storage fees incurred.
