§ 95.09 SPEED LIMITS AND OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall operate any vehicle within any park at a speed of more than 15 mph.
   (B)   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle under his or her control to obstruct traffic. No person shall stop any vehicle in any park, except at those places specifically designated as parking areas.
