On and after January 1, 2021 until December 31, 2023, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Middlebury, Indiana shall allocate and deposit to the permanent maintenance fund or endowment fund for Grace Lawn Cemetery $35 out of the purchase price collected for the sale of each cemetery burial space sold in Grace Lawn Cemetery. On and after January 1, 2024, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Middlebury, Indiana shall allocate and deposit to the permanent maintenance fund or endowment fund for Grace Lawn Cemetery $40 out of the purchase price collected for the sale of each cemetery burial space sold in Grace Lawn Cemetery.
