SCHEDULE V. STOP STREETS.

      (A)   Pursuant to recommendations of the Marshal of the town, and the Police Department thereof, the Town Police Department and the Street Department are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to place the respective traffic control devices listed below at the respective intersections or points listed thereon to regulate and control local traffic, within the jurisdiction of the Town Council, as set forth below. The traffic control devices shall be placed in accordance with I.C. 9-21-2 and 9-21-4, and the State Manual and Specifications for Traffic Control Devices used in the state.

   (B)   From and after the date of the placement of said traffic control devices and the effective date of this schedule, all persons, drivers or operators of vehicles, or pedestrians, be, and the same hereby are, directed and required to obey the instructions of all such traffic control devices placed in accordance with the provisions of this schedule and state law, and should any such person disobey any such traffic control device so placed, said person shall have violated this schedule, and shall be subject the penalties and forfeitures specified in I.C. Title 9 regulating motor vehicles.
